BLUEMED FAB shares with the ISIS II Programme its competency and experience in the Mediterranean area.

In the permanent effort to harmonize operational and technical aspects of ATM as well as ATM system requirements throughout the Mediterranean area, the BLUEMED FAB has recently established a valuable collaboration with ISIS II Programme.

ISIS II is a programme funded by the European Commission, with the aim to support the implementation of the Single European Sky II Legislation and the establishment of a European Common Aviation Area (ECAA). Beneficiaries of the Programme are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYR of Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia.

In the framework of the established collaboration, the BLUE MED FAB and Integra, which is managing the ISIS II initiative, have recently designed a Basic Training Course on European SES Performance Scheme features. The designed Training Course will be hosted by ENAV and delivered in Rome during 16th and 17th of September.

The structure of the course has a typical “top-down style”. It is  starting from the SES regulatory context, to an in-depth treatment of the Performance planning and monitoring methodology issues, passing through KPA, KPI and Incentive Schemes.

All aspects of the course will be handled and provided by BLUE MED FAB experts, IPS (ISIS Programme Secretariat) and PRB personnel. It is expected that all ISIS Beneficiaries will profit from the Training Course, thus fostering future technical and operational collaboration within the Mediterranean area.
